I am delighted with these, especially the red wine gravy. I have tried many recipes, but never been happy. Hope you have the magic one. But your recipe does not mention the red wine?..

Take a look at the turkey recipe. I use red wine and butter to baste the turkey and that ends up being the starter for the gravy.
