Ha! I’m one of the ones who reads the email and rarely visits in person (I’m picky and a lot of the ingredints aren’t to found in Ireland), but I have Cake of the Irish bookmarked! I follow because you are from Cleveland – I I loved it there – how often do you hear that? – and because of ‘Cake’. Glad you are doing so well, you deserve it!
