Another box came the other day, and who do I find looking at me when I open it up?
Paula Deen!
We’ll not the real Paula, but her face on her new Enamel on Steel 12 Quart Covered Stockpot in Seaspray White.
The enamel covered inside offers a large cooking pot for soups, chili, spaghetti sauce and any large amount of food you want to boil.
The Seaspray White is a nice looking design, intended to bring the feeling of a kitchen in a cottage by the sea.
This is one big pot. My first use was to make some old fashioned chicken soup. This is a 5.5 lb whole chicken. This pot makes it look like a Cornish game hen!
Can barely see it inside.
While the pot holds 12 quarts, it does not take up much space on the stove. With two sturdy handles, it is easy to lift and move around, even when full.
Chicken soup is done!
It is recommended you hand wash the pot. The enamel coating makes cleanup a breeze.
This stockpot does the trick!
How about a good ole fashioned shrimp boil? (I hope Paula would approve).
The pot held all this, and more!
My Take: This beautiful looking pot is versatile, sturdy and easy to clean. It looks great on your stove and even better on your tabletop. As we are moving into clambake season, I heartily recommend you having this on hand. You can purchase it here.
