Recently I reviewed the first of three products from Whiskware. Now is time for the second.
Today we are going to look at their Egg Mixer and Egg Beater.
Containing the inventive Whiskware spring ball, this all in one unit makes working with eggs a breeze.
The first thing is small, but usable. See the ridge right below the egg? That hard ridge makes it easy to crack the egg while keeping it over the bottle. This way you don’t have egg dripping on your counter as you crack then move the egg.
This part of the lid is a yolk separator. Simply pour the cracked egg into it and the yolk remains while the egg white drops into the bottle. Simple as pie!
The separator easily lifts out so you can use the yolk as you wish.
Making scrambled eggs? Crack a few eggs and add some cream into the bottle.
With the spring ball inside, a simple shake easily breaks apart the yolks and mixes everything into a nice smooth consistency.
It becomes easy to pour out. This is perfect for making crepe batter as well.
