Product Review: Trudeau Graviti Plus Mill

The Ranting Reviewer does not get paid or receive any revenue from manufacturers or retailers of products reviewed. I occasionally receive products that I am asked to use and see what I think. I take a look, try them out and tell you all about them.

Today we have another product from Trudeau, manufacturer of high quality products for the kitchen and bar.

One of the areas that Trudeau has focused on is producing mills for pepper, salt and other herbs and spices. They recently sent me the Graviti Plus Mill, a battery operated mill.

Trudeau knows how to package their higher-end products and the Graviti Plus Mill is no exception. This will make quite an impression as a gift.

Available in 6 colors (chrome, black, red, green, grey, white), it comes pre-filled with peppercorns.

The top of the Graviti Plus Mill is where you adjust the level of the grind you want. If you want a coarse or a fine grind or anything in-between, the Graviti Plus Mill can do.

It also has the door to refill the peppercorns. Notice I have not highlighted a button to push to start the grinding. You’ll see why in just a second. Let’s put it to work.

To make the Graviti Plus Mill work, you simply tilt it over the food you want to pepper. It senses that it is tilted and starts to grind. To stop it grinding, simply return it to an upright position.

Another great feature is a little light. This allows you to better see both the food you are peppering and the amount of pepper that has been applied.

It is so easy to use with a single hand so your other one can keep cooking.

My Take: The Graviti Plus Mill is everything you want in a mill. It produces a range from coarse to fine pepper, is easy to handle, and looks good in the kitchen and on the table. With it being battery operated and the ingenious activation by simply tilting it over your food it is so easy to use while you are in the middle of cooking. I highly recommend it. You can purchase it at many locations both in stores and online, including here.
