Product Review: Fiesta Foundry

The Ranting Reviewer does not get paid or receive any revenue from manufacturers or retailers of products reviewed. I occasionally receive products that I am asked to use and see what I think. I take a look, try them out and tell you all about them.

Fiesta, the most colorful and popular line of dishware around, has been busy creating several new products. Some of those products fall into their new Foundry line. Take a look at the skillet above. Available for the first time in April 2016, the Foundry line is not cast iron, but ceramic, just like their other serve ware.

Every time I pick this up, I expect it to be heavy like cast iron because it is so realistic, but it is nice and light.

Serving in this skillet shaped dish really helps make the dish more appealing. It just seems better. Don’t believe me? Let’s test it out.

Breakfast skillet served in a white bowl. Tasty? Sure. Does it look appealing? Kind of.

My Take: Just as the expression “the clothes make the man” has validity, the dish makes the meal does as well. The new Foundry collection from Fiesta will elevate your table to a whole new level. The Fiesta Foundry Collection will be available in beginning April 2016 at department stores, at various online locations and www.fiestafactorydirect.com. The initial collection will be available in:

  • Skillet/Baker
  • Pizza/Baking Tray 12″
  • Rectangular Baker 9×13”
  • Square Baker 9×9”
  • Individual Oval Baker
  • Loaf Pan
  • Bread Tray
  • Ramekin 8oz
  • Jumbo Bowl 18oz

Take a look and if you don’t find it just yet, check back soon because you can be the first on your block to have it on your table.
