The Ranting Reviewer does not get paid or receive any revenue from manufacturers or retailers of products reviewed. I occasionally receive products that I am asked to use and see what I think. I take a look, try them out and tell you all about them.
Today we get to take a look at Circulon‘s newest line, the Momentum Stainless Steel cookware.
Circulon introduced a previous version of the Momentum with a hard-anodized exterior previously and the pots and pans were so well received, they just came out with a stainless version.
Here is the 2 Quart Covered Saucepan. Dishwasher safe, it is easy to clean up.
Inside is Circulon‘s non-stick coating and hi-lo groove design. We’ll test out the non-stick in just a bit. The hi-lo groove design helps to deliver an even heat across the entire pan.
The flat bottom is made to work with all cooktops including gas, electric, glass and even induction without warping.
Time to give it a try. Non-stick, huh? Well, a batch of brown rice will test that one out.
The tight fitting glass lid allows you to see how things are going inside. There is a steam vent hole in the lid to allow the pressure to not get too high.
Even with some sticky rice, nothing sticks to the pot.
The nice even heat is great for sauces of any kind.
My Take: Circulon‘s Momentum Stainless Steel cookware is another great addition to the line. With well-made construction, even heat distribution, a tight fitting lid and easy to clean non-stick surface, it is everything you’d want in a pot or pan. If you are looking to replace your set or just add a piece or two, you can purchase it here.
only thing wrong with these pot and pans is they dont have a pouring lip on them.
