Some dishes are so quick to prep and cook that I want to put them on my Wednesday Weeknight Dinner series, but the inactive time pushes the overall time to one where it would be difficult to have on a weeknight……unless you prep ahead of time.
This pork chop is so flavorful and tender, in part to the marinade.
I actually worked ahead and marinated the chops before I took this picture.
I love this salsa. It fits for this dish and so many others.
A beautiful dish whose flavor surpasses its beauty!
