I was surprised to find that the state of Ohio (where I live) does not have an official dessert. Come on. What about Chocolate Buckeyes??
It is not difficult to guess what the official dessert is for the state of Massachusetts.
Boston Cream Pie Minis
I like these little versions of the pie so much better!
Not tough to make either.
Make cupcakes from the cake mix and cut them in half.
Put a layer of vanilla pudding in the middle.
And top with a chocolate ganache.
