Sunday is St. Patrick’s Day! Here in Cleveland, this day is a BIG deal. There is a massive parade downtown and the sidewalks are filled with green colored revelers. In honor of the day (my first name is Patrick after all), and to give you some ideas for an Irish feast, here is a selection of Irish recipes from The Ranting Chef.

Oh, so many good eats! Thanks for sharing all of it! J and I agreed to whip up some hearty Irish stew on Sunday in celebration. And I might have to pick up some Baileys and Guiness too!

Call me crazy, but I like colcannon – and starting the day with whole wheat Irish soda bread, with cream cheese and a dollop of jam. Happy St. Patrick’ s Day from the similarly big deal here in Pittsburgh
